As previous Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for the luxury high-rise community of One Queensridge Place in Las Vegas, NV, Randy has a long, proven history of successfully strategizing and implementing effective marketing and operational tactics for revolutionizing sales in any market.
With a proven track record and a continued penchant for success, Randy has evolved over the course of his career into the role of leader. After his initial successes as a salesperson, he found a great passion for training. Since 2003, Randy has held multiple senior sales and marketing positions with three of the nation’s largest homebuilders, including Pulte Homes and the Del Webb Corp. During this time he has actively been involved in the development and marketing of hundreds of real estate sales.

As Managing Broker, Tom brings almost four decades of leadership to Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty’s exceptional team of professionals overseeing clients throughout the Southern Nevada region.
After Tom made the move to Las Vegas in October of 1979 and joined the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, he quickly made a name form himself as a top-producing Realtor® focusing on delivering to his buyers and sellers a superior level of service, no matter the price point. In 1985, Tom became part owner of a Century 21 franchise where he garnered continued success with his client-centric philosophy. In 2000, Tom was recruited by the owner of Dyson and Dyson Sotheby’s to lead their expansion into the Greater Las Vegas Market as its Managing Broker. During his time in this role, he was responsible for the success of over 150 Real Estate professionals while continuing to rank in the top 1% of all Real Estate Professionals in Southern Nevada.
A few years later, Tom opened Asset Management Realty Advisors as a boutique Real Estate Firm continuing to produce in the top 1% of all Realtors®. Tom’s in-depth and long-standing knowledge of the Las Vegas Real Estate Market, his high level of professionalism, and his generous nature has ensured his success over the years with both the agents he has supported and his many satisfied clients.

A consummate veteran in the real estate industry, Kyle Northup is the General Manager and VP at Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty. Leading the hand-picked group of realtors at Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, we have had the opportunity to gather together an upper echelon of professionals in order to serve Las Vegas’ luxury market with the best technology, white-glove service, and the reputation of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. With the goal of becoming the #1 luxury real estate agency in Las Vegas (and ultimately the world), Kyle sets his goals high for himself as well as his associates. Kyle has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and at age nineteen began his real estate career when he acquired his license. Shadowing his father Gene on excursions to show properties, he learned firsthand the business and the details involved in making the right choices and decisions to best serve Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty clients. Since taking over management at Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016, the company has grown from 20 to 63 agents and expanded from one office to three across the Las Vegas region.
Kyle is acutely aware that agents are often busy and overwhelmed by the amount of work it takes to make their clients’ real estate ambitions come to fruition. Therefore, he constantly strives to make the client experience a smooth one by ensuring his agents have the resources and support they need in order to do the same. Kyle believes that most agents are under-served and that there should be room for them to do their best work out in the field rather than becoming bogged down by things like paperwork, marketing, and the like. This belief informs the overall management and day-to-day business practices at Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, with a team of specialists on-hand to assist agents so they are able to do their best work outside of the office serving their clients.
When Kyle isn’t assisting his agents and running the ins and outs of busy real estate business, he can be found spending his free time with his wife Brittany and his daughter Riley, taking in all the fun family activities Las Vegas has to offer as well as wishing he had some Jedi mind tricks to play with. A world traveler before the arrival of his beloved daughter, some of Kyle’s favorite overseas excursions have been to England, France, Mexico, Austria, and Greece. A life-long resident of Las Vegas, Bill Oskilanec has a wide breadth of knowledge and experience when it comes to both commercial and residential real estate in the Greater Las Vegas region. Licensed since 2005, Bill began his career working with investors and groups looking to buy undeveloped land with the intent of building properties and communities in the area’s competitive market. Bill relishes in the kind of complex deal that allows him to cultivate his creativity and make use of the business acumen he has honed through years of assisting clients with their goals of homeownership and wealth-building. As a former owner of a number of successful businesses, Bill understands what it takes to start from the ground up, a rare and invaluable skill that his clients appreciate as they continue their journey of real estate ownership.
As Director of Operations at Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, Bill oversees the day-to-day operations, which includes assisting and directing his associates on how to grow their business and improve the service they provide to their clients. He also develops long-term strategies to drive company growth to remain on the cutting edge of the industry. Bill refers to his leadership style as “Get it Done,” and encourages his agents to have fun while putting in the hard work, creativity, and ambition required when setting high standards and goals for themselves. Working with his agents at LVSIR brings out the best in Bill. Leveraging the Sotheby’s brand, Bill partners with his agents to make sure they are taking advantage of the international reach, marketing, and prestige the Sotheby’s name carries with it. That, combined with a well-developed and successful local marketing program, provides his agents with every opportunity to succeed and thrive in their careers.
When he's not mentoring and assisting agents to achieve their goals, Bill can often be found indulging in his love of sports, whether it’s playing basketball or snowboarding or anything that allows him to get out there and get it done. Spending time with his wife Brandy and their three sons, Coby, Caden, and Colin is one of Bill’s greatest pleasures.

Renee Ladores has a long history of excellence in developing her skills as a Marketing Director, gaining valuable branding and graphic design experience in the hospitality industry prior to shifting her focus to real estate. After spending 8+ years in the in-house advertising agency at Caesars Entertainment starting as a Production Artist, working her way up to Design Director, she knows what it takes to succeed, and she brings her unique skill set to her position at Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty. A graduate of Webster University with a degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis on Graphic Design, Renee has been excelling in her design ambitions for over 15 years; at one point she operated her own successful branding company. It’s this drive, determination, and desire to succeed that make her uniquely qualified to lead the marketing team.
With an innate desire to help people, coupled with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Renee loves assisting agents to grow their business, often being “the person behind the curtain” when it comes to agents upping their game with marketing their clients’ homes or property. She relishes the challenge of helping others shine and pushing the envelope on what it takes to be part of a successful and responsive marketing team. As Marketing Director, she strives to push the boundaries of what it takes to be part of an in-house marketing team, working on the cutting edge of luxury and the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Always supportive of staff and agents, she believes in treating everyone with respect, and acknowledgement when assisting them with their needs, as well as the client’s individual marketing needs.
When Renee isn’t in marketing mode, she enjoys going to the movies, visiting her favorite coffee shops (latte art makes her smile), and beer tastings at the local breweries. Her husband and three dogs are always open to new experiences and look forward to Renee’s latest culinary adventure, though they may have to reciprocate by cleaning the mess she’s made in the kitchen.
