Thomas Wright owns and is the president and principal broker Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.  Since stepping in as the managing partner in 2008, the company has become the top brokerage in the Park City resort community and the leading brokerage in Utah.  Together, with his business partner, Thomas also owns and operates Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty which serves Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada; Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty in Las Vegas; Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Springs; and LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Colorado. The combined company is the largest Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in the world, based on sold dollar volume, with 850 sales and 175 support staff associates.  In 2020, the combined companies will close over $9 billion in transaction volume.

To achieve this market position, Thomas has brought his relentless work ethic, creative thinking and vision, and an invaluable understanding of the real estate brokerage industry. Thomas is inspired by those he works with and is very quick to credit the success of his incredibly talented team of approximately 850 sales associates and incomparable administrative staff of about 200 talented individuals, and the support of the remarkable Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Thomas also believes that a less obvious aspect of the company’s success comes from their unique take on the definition of luxury. To quote Thomas, “It’s not about a price point, it is about providing every client with an exceptional customer service experience”. Thomas’ impressive success story has caught the attention of the Sotheby’s International Realty network. As a result, Thomas has become a nationally recognized speaker and advisor.  His frequent topics include improving individual agent and brokerage profitability, sales associate recruiting, new development marketing, and brokerage management. These significant achievements and leadership responsibilities have not hindered Thomas from being of service to his clients. He continues to be a top-performing sales agent specializing in Salt Lake County.

Born and raised in Utah, Thomas attended Quince Orchard High School in the greater Washington, D.C. area.  After graduating, he spent two years in Eastern Europe for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When he returned to the States, Thomas’s overseas experience inspired him to learn more about Ukraine and Russia and its culture.  He graduated from the University of Utah with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Russian and Marketing. Through his experiences and education, Thomas has grown to appreciate cultural and perspective differences, confirming that good idea and people come from all walks of life. This is a philosophy he extends to the communities and organizations he now serves, including each of the agents that represent Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. 

A civically-minded person, Thomas is proud to have served in a number of different capacities with several key organizations in his community – Utah State Board of Regents, Dixie State University Board of Trustees, United Way of Utah, Co-chair of the Utah Debate Commission, Chairman of the Salt Lake County Republican Party, Chairman of the Utah Republican Party and Republican National Committee where he served as vice chair. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera and has become a vocal advocate for solving the affordable housing crisis in Utah.

With all of his responsibilities, Thomas considers the most important to be his family. He currently resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, Caroline, and their four children. His greatest joys are being the resident breakfast chef and attending the many dance recitals and sporting events his kids are a part of. Thomas also enjoys golfing, fishing, volunteering in his local community, and the more recent adventure of running for Governor in the State of Utah during a global pandemic.

He served as Senior Vice President of NRT, Inc, the largest real estate brokerage company in the industry. He is a past president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and a past director to the National Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. When not working in the business to support his brokers and staff, which is rare, he enjoys time with his family, alpine skiing, golf, Harley Davidson motorcycles, and aviation. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and TBM910 aircraft owner. He and his wife, Andrea, are proud parents and grandparents.

I grew up immersed in the business of real estate, I learned the trade from my father who also worked as a realtor. I'm an entrepreneur at heart, I launched my first business while still in high school, a computer support company called TreeHouseTechs.com, focused on Real Estate support. I ran the company for five years, doing everything from managing a 100+ computer network to teaching a variety of clients how to use their computers more effectively.

In January 2005 I earned my Real Estate license and pivoted into the business of selling homes. Between 2005 and 2016 I partnered with my Dad, Gene Northup, selling 80+ homes per year. In 2007 I joined Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty.

In 2016 I graduated from Ascend and stepped into my current role as manager at Synergy Sotheby’s International Realty, where I have been able to take my passion for teaching and extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market to the next level. A favorite aspect of my role is the opportunity for mentoring and helping our team members reach their goals. A fiend for efficiency, with an exceptional talent for all things tech, Kyle's attitude is “I’ll make it so.”

I’m Devoted to my work, but when I do take some down time I love exploring the world with my wife Brittany, who is also a talented realtor. Some of my favorite trips have been to England, France, Mexico, Austria, and Greece. I love swimming, wakeboarding, and walking my little Boston Terrier, Kraken. I frequently indulge in podcasts about entrepreneurs, and my particular favorite is NPR's How I Built This.

Kim Taylor is the Vice President of Relocation and Referral Services for LIV, Sierra, Summit, Synergy and Pacific, Desert Offices Sotheby's International Realty. Managing the referral and relocation services for each company, Kim works closely with other brokerages, local corporations, and national relocation management companies. She oversees a six-person relocation services team and a relocation specialist broker team of over 200 agents, assisting corporate transferees and military families who are moving into or out of the states of Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and California. Kim has specialized in relocation for nearly twenty years, both as a top producing REALTOR® and in the corporate relocation sector. Her professional background also includes experience in financial services.

Kim holds both a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Graduate REALTORS Institute® (GRI) designation, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado and Michigan Association of REALTORS®, and the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. One of several outstanding members that make up Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s leadership team, Sharon Garfield holds the distinction as being one of the company’s first employees. Recognized for her fierce work ethic and an earnest commitment during the company’s early years, she quickly moved on to the role of Vice President of Accounting and Business Administration. Her loyalty, dependably and outstanding performance has earned her the trust of many.

Sharon’s start in real estate began at the age of 16. Graduating early, she immediately began working for a team of four top-producing real estate agents. Shen then moved through several integral roles within the industry, from listing and transaction coordinator to accounting manager, gaining the insight and knowledge that has helped her to skillfully and successfully manage the company’s accounting and business requirements. Sharon’s early years likely helped hone the traits that have served her well in her career, having been raised on a ranch in Lost Creek, Utah where the value of hard work was instilled in her from a very early age. Helping on the farm, riding horses, and racing dirt bikes gave her a sense of what it takes to succeed both personally and professionally, and making a difference in her world.

In addition to all the day-to-day accounting and decision-making, Sharon also manages the company’s philanthropic arm, Sotheby's Cares, a program set up to support the interests of many at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty who’d like to give back to the community that has served them well. Sharon takes tremendous pride in working for a company that holds the same values that she does, and she appreciates the brand's innovation, its fast-paced culture, and the brand recognition. Working alongside leaders who value loyalty, attention to detail, and striving for excellence in all that they do makes coming to work every day a pleasure.

Sharon currently resides in Coalville with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters, Kennedy and Everly. When she’s not at the office, Sharon loves to head outdoors with her family, hiking, biking, and traveling as well as hanging out with her community, taking part in many of the activities around town. Her biggest joy is cheering on her daughters at their basketball games and gymnastic competitions.

Kim was born and raised in Utah and has spent the last 15 years acquiring experience in real estate, business management, accounting, and small business start-ups. After studying Accounting at LDS Business College and Weber State University, Kim partnered with an investor to build a gas station/convenience store that they owned and operated before selling to a major chain in 2006. Having been in the industry for several years, Kim was recruited to fill the role of Operations Manager for a fuel equipment construction company. Here she took the company from $300,000 in gross sales to $3.1 million in just three years. After receiving her real estate license in 2007, she jumped at the opportunity to manage the liquidation of a local credit union's real estate portfolio. In 16 months her team was able to complete over 140 short sale and bank owned transactions. Kim has extensive executive experience managing operations and accounting for rapidly growing companies across Utah. She is analytical, motivated and loves taking on a new challenge. Her exposure to various business cultures and widely diverse industries has given her a unique blend of professional expertise. Beginning her journey in Atlanta Georgia, Tiffany is a product of her never ending passion toward all things creative. Growing up surrounded by powerful mentors from the likes of Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Bank of America and Ogiivy and Mather, it didn’t take long for Tiffany to start negotiating her own contracts and putting her creative touches on projects for brands worldwide.


After graduating from The University of Georgia, where she proudly served the Dawgs as a cheerleader, Tiffany immediately dove into selling and managing marketing solutions that included
commercial print, point of sale, fixtures, distribution services and video production to a global list of clientele including: The Home Depot, Under Armour, Shaw Industries and Lowes. Seeing a gap and need in the creative services industry, Tiffany packed her bags and headed to California and built her own niche agency where her work ethic and creativity afforded opportunities to travel and work internationally.


Upon returning to Los Angeles after working in Beijing’s fashion
industry, Tiffany knew that it was time to fulfill a life-long dream of living near ski resorts. Sensing that Park City was the perfect combination of professional opportunity with mountain living, she once again packed her bags, this time, headed to the snow. In the summer of 2013 she became the of Director of Marketing for Park City Television, where she would spend the next two and a half years repositioning the resort market station for sale, managing everything from social media strategy to web  development, show and commercial production to Sundance Film Festival content logistics. Tiffany’s innovation and creative direction brought multiple UBEE, Emmy and Telly Awards home to Park City Television. Her skill, leadership and creativity caught the eye of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty after producing an award-winning commercial campaign in the Winter of 2015/2016.


In the spring of 2016, Tiffany joined the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty team, bringing her creative talents to Utah’s
vanguard real estate firm. Since that time, Tiffany has built an in-house advertising and creative agency from the ground up, recruiting, hiring and managing photographers, videographers, graphic designers, copy writers, ad buyers, producers and beyond.


Tiffany’s teams have received global recognition winning Luxury Real Estate Awards for best overall marketing, best print marketing and best video production. Additionally, the team’s advertising campaigns and presentations have competed against those from top advertising agencies in the world, gaining awards of excellence by the American Marketing Association, Utah Business and the Printing and Imaging Association. Her goal has always been simple: continually position the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty brand to a global audience through innovation, hard
work and passion –– and in the process redefine the real estate industry.
