Ashley Alvarez

Hello there! My name is Ashley Alvarez, and I am proud to be among the elite agents here at Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty. I am a second-generation Las Vegas native with deep roots in Las Vegas' history; I absolutely love to see the growth our city has had over the years and continues to have with the expansion of amenities, entertainment, and sports teams, understanding the value Las Vegas has to offer. My core values are authenticity, integrity, and loyalty. I think it's incredibly important to always be genuine in my relationships and build a foundation of trust with all of my clients. My Mission Statement is 'to provide an exceptional real estate experience for all of my clientele by elevating their buying and selling experiences beyond their expectations. I will always be genuine, authentic, truthful, and always work with the highest level of integrity.' I have built my business through relationships with friends, family, and trusted real estate colleagues around the globe. Over the course of my 3.5 years as a real estate professional, I have helped advise on over $34 million worth of real estate investments. I was awarded 'Rookie of the Year'' in 2021, served on the Board of Directors for the brokerage I was associated with in 2022 & 2023, and was in the Top 1.5% of agents in all of Las Vegas for 2023.

In addition to running a real estate business and serving my clients, I am a proud wife and mother to two beautiful little girls, Sadie & Saige. We love park dates, occasional Disneyland trips, and annual trips to Maui, HI.
