Debbie Cohen comes to Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty from the Big Island of Hawaii. She specializes in everything from first-time buyers, to luxury market investors, to second-home buyers, to people who want to relocate. While growing her business in Hawaii, she decided to expand her career and relocate to what islanders call the ninth island: Las Vegas!
Debbie attributes her success in real estate to her design, business, teaching/education, and family background. While growing and raising her children she lived in California, New Hampshire, and Hawaii. Her experiences living in different places, as well as her interpersonal skills, helped her grow her business and join the Sotheby’s International Realty family. Debbie has developed life-long friends and colleagues while interacting with clients and people she works with core assets for her real estate career. She has an impeccable work ethic and makes sure her clients feel comfortable and confident making their buying or selling experience seamless and smooth.
