Alex Ramirez is a results-oriented real estate professional who began his real estate career on the finance side of the business working as a loan officer. After spending 20-plus years in the casino gaming hospitality industry, he found the move to real estate an easy transition. Alex gained valuable experience in offering superior customer service combined with extensive problem-solving skills that enables him to quickly find resolutions to complex and sometimes daunting real estate situations. With a high level of integrity and his dedication to seeing his clients succeed throughout the entire process of locating the right home or finding the right buyer for his sellers, Alex works most often with luxury high-rise residential, luxury listings, and international and domestic investors. Having been listed as one of Real Vegas Magazine’s 2019 top real estate agents, Alex is also an award-winning agent having achieved the Inner Circle Presidents Club Award and the Highest Real Estate Sales Award at his previous broker, Wardley Real Estate. When Alex isn’t negotiating the ups and downs of the real estate market on behalf of his clients, he can be found volunteering his time organizing food and clothing donations for the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and St. Judes Ranch for Children. Always looking for opportunities to stay involved in his community, Alex also mentors and coaches in self-development educational skills at Westcare Community Involvement Center in Las Vegas. Maintaining an active lifestyle, he also enjoys running the Rock and Roll Vegas Strong 5k, Rock and Roll Marathon, and the Candlelighters Superhero 5k. He also likes to keep mentally fit by participating in the Blue Lotus Meditation Group practicing mindfulness through meditation.
