Candace Larson

As a luxury specialist and global real estate advisor, Candace Larson has over 15 years of experience in real estate in Southern and Northern Nevada. Candace’s current area of coverage is all of Las Vegas & Henderson; including, Summerlin, The Las Vegas Strip, Centennial, Enterprise, Southern Highlands, and Lake Las Vegas. With her global connection through her Sotheby’s International Realty network, she can provide her clients with a profound service. Her past clients include CEOs, investment bankers, engineers, accountants, attorneys, entertainment industry executives, etc. Candace was born & raised in Southern California where she attended Cal Poly Pomona receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration emphasizing Sales. While attending college she invested in real estate, buying, flipping, leasing, renting, & selling in So Cal, Las Vegas, & Henderson through her company Building Tree Properties LLC. She bought her first investment property at the age of 19; her capital was created early on through being a member of SAG, the face and image in national commercials & print campaigns such as Gap, Burger King, CMT Productions, Avia Shoes, MacDonald Highlands, Muscle & Fitness, Baja Boats, Cosmopolitan, etc. Prior to joining Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty, Candace was with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty representing clients in Incline Village, Crystal Bay, N. Lake Tahoe, Reno, & surrounding cities. She was recognized her first year with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty as “Rookie of the Year” & has a passion for helping others find their dream home. With her vast experience as an investor more than half the time, she finds her client's properties that were not on the market or a pocket listing through her sphere of influence. She coordinates real estate transactions with mastery; managing timelines, inspections, schedules, and signings, being detailed oriented to each step of the process; so that her clients may enjoy the pleasures & excitements of purchasing or selling a home. Her clients often leverage her keen eye for design whether to prepare their home for sale or envision the possibilities of a home purchase. Her interests include working out, running with her dogs, golf, tennis, roller skating, biking, boating, swimming, cooking, shopping, volunteering, and most of all being a mom.
