Real Estate Professional

Las Vegas, Nevada United States
From the affluent Southern California neighborhoods to Nevada’s unique lifestyle and homes, Veronica Hogan-Polanco has been successfully aiding her clients since 2002 in the purchase, sale, and lease of properties that are both financially rewarding and emotionally fulfilling. She defines her role in real estate as a trusted home advisor, helping her clients obtain and build on generational wealth. She has received her “Ninja” certification and will commit to making your real estate transaction a pleasurable, transparent and smooth process; where you will be delighted with the outcome. Veronica brings a fierce work ethic and her signature honesty and warmth to her work, as well as the knowledge and expertise from well-established brands throughout diverse communities like Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, and most recently Southern Nevada’s Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty with its focus on the greater Las Vegas Valley. Being fluent in both English and Spanish has given Veronica the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from all walks of life.
Veronica’s success as a real estate advisor may have stemmed from her strong family ties and humble beginnings, her passion for living life to its fullest, her natural sales abilities, or a combination of all of the above. At an early age, Veronica worked alongside her mother cleaning homes in Beverly Hills. In high school she earned local fame as an athlete where she continues to hold records after 30+ years. She was also invited to compete in the Mini Seoul Olympics. Veronica applies this same drive, discipline, and passion to her work with her real estate clients, confidently negotiating and performing real estate transactions for all varieties of situations and needs, whether it’s a potentially new homeowner or a seasoned investor. Veronica’s goal is to create a seamless experience for all parties involved by delivering a high level of service based on honesty and trust.
When Veronica’s not involved in real estate negotiations or showcasing Las Vegas properties, she is most likely engaging in living a life filled with world travel, local sports (including her childhood favorite, the Los Angeles Dodgers), reading on all sorts of topics, volunteering her time at Three Square – a hunger relief organization, abstract painting, and everything fitness-related, with the most recent hobbies being golf and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With all the passion she puts into her clients and her personal life, nothing compares to the joy and deep, abiding love she has for her two sons. After learning the ultimate lesson that life is short and precious when her son experienced a life-altering car accident, the faith and resilience she developed during that time of rehabilitating her son from a TBI (traumatic brain injury) coma to attending college, as well as learning to treating everyone with the utmost dignity and respect, colors every aspect of her life.
