Chelsea has an enthusiasm for real estate and the details associated with it. Having been raised in a family with an extensive appraisal background in the Las Vegas Valley, she has overheard and discussed transactions at the dinner table from a very young age. Her first professional exposure to the industry was at age 15 as a real estate data researcher for Appraisal West, the family firm. The use of quantitative analytics and small set databases assist her greatly in identifying current real estate values and emerging trends. She is currently the Vice President of Appraisal West and assists her family in managing the family firm while continuing to assist her clients buy and sell real estate across the United States and world. Having been affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty for almost a decade, she values all the truly global brand and network has to offer her and her clients. It is Chelsea's personal attention to detail, her proven business acumen, her availability and accessibility that her friends, family, and clients value dearly. Because she recognizes the importance of contact, she utilizes today's most modern technology to always be there for you throughout your transaction. As a daughter, wife and mother herself, she keenly understands the emotional impact of buying or selling your home. She lives by the 'work hard, play hard' attitude. So, when she is not busy with buyers and sellers, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her family. Most commonly watching her 2 daughters care for, ride and show their horses, playing soccer, sailing, rock climbing, hiking, biking, and exploring the areas surrounding the Las Vegas Valley and what adventures the desert has to offer. Chelsea also has a passion for giving back to her communities. She is the secretary for the newest Pony Club in Southern Nevada, Desert View Pony Club, and is active in her local Chamber of Commerce events such as ribbon cuttings for new small businesses and community events such as the Wine Walks.
